RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
All contracts LIMIT the
available amount of time to have your Inspection. Contacting us as EARLY in the
process will assure you of getting the inspection scheduled when you want it.
Remember, it is recommended
(not absolutely necessary) that you be present during the inspection, this way you
will be able to talk with us about any questions that you may have.
COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
Commercial inspections are
more complex than Residential / Home Inspections. Co-coordinating the Buyers Realtor,
the Sellers Realtor, notifying existing Tenants and scheduling all of these issues
can some times be hectic.

Environmental/Mold Inspections,
and or Infrared Camera assessments are different from traditional inspections. Obtaining
History, such as knowledge of the water intrusion issues and other questions that
need answering are all part of the investigation process, therefore, you must allow
adequate time for the assessment.
