worth many times the fee in revealing both the positive and negative aspects of

An inspectors training and credentials are very important and should be considered
as important, if not more so than price alone. Value, not price should be considered.
An inspection that includes such items as: Infrared Camera Thermography (to observe

important information about the building, a MOLD assessment is also very important,
